We are a well-established, trustworthy, reliable Garden Room business, with over 25 years of experience. We can provide you with a completely bespoke garden space, designed and built to suit your every need.

We provide a complete installation service from design of the Garden Room 365, to construction. All of the works are carried out “in-house”, so there are no outsourced subcontractors.

We provide a bespoke service that is uniquely catered to your needs and wants. Garden Rooms 365 can offer planning applications where necessary, but in most Garden Room builds, this is unlikely to be required as most outbuildings are within permitted developments. We also carry out site and electrical surveys.

As an example, all our Bespoke Built Garden Rooms have best quality power sockets, lighting and are heated. The walls professionally finished in plasterboard and skimmed ready for decorating.

We can offer many additional options, and these can include external timber decking, we will be happy to discuss a range of options with you.

The inspiration For Garden Rooms 365

I had a vision to provide my family and children with a space away from the house, that we could use all year round come rain or shine.

With this in mind, I created a building that we used for relaxing and to unwind. We also used it for social events, which one special event that impacted greatly on our family life… I proposed to my Wife on a Christmas evening, with all friends and family gathering around!

The feeling that this gave our family and I, was unlike any other feeling, which led me to think, ‘’why can’t we share this experience and give others the same, long life memories as I have!?’’… and this is where we are today.

With the everlasting "new normal", we all have used our gardens more than we have ever done before. You can take steps to avoid that horrendous train journey to and from the City, or even swerve the morning traffic jam on the way to the office by expanding into unused space with personalised, professional office space in your garden. Additionally, if you have your own business you can reduce your profit draining costs, such as office rental bills, commercial property insurance & more. Not only are our buildings great for White Collar work but we have also built fully functional garden barbershops & salons as well as soundproofed garden music studios where professionals & customers can feel at home!
